Yup Of course!
I m a great fan of Greg Chappell.
He have created such a system in indian cricket where one needs to be fully fit and performing to his potential.
He treates every player equally, gives all a chance.
I also know most of cricket fans doesnt like chappell.
Well i would only say, our poor indian public is not smart n clever enough, to understand what he is doing with Indian cricket.
They have narrow thinking, they cant understand his greatness.
They cant match the thinking of chappell.
He is a very proffesional person with his work and is well known for his intelligence in australia.
I really feel sorry for the great man!
When he dumped ganguly from the team, our poor indian public started to think he is anti-ganguly and when he made such a remarkable comeback, everyone started saying, chappell removed this player, player with over 10000 runs n all that stuff.
They dont understand he was only removed from the team, so that he can go back in domestic cricket and sort his things out and thats what exactly has happened, ganguly is playing one of his best cricket rite now.
chappell has no differences with ganguly, is there any reason why there can be, they were very good friends, ganguly has told us about that, so there is no reason he can be anti-ganguly.

Indian Cricket may had needed a change, but not such a drastic one. Greg Chappel may have thought that the Australian way of cricket may show the same results, but India is not Australia. Many of Dravid & Chappel's decisions have gone the right way but what about the others, Irfan Pathan is an example.
Lastly, Indian cricket's more discplined Yes. But there have been many prices to pay.

its OK that ganguly was facing downfall, but still Indian team was on it's best once in his captaincy, and this was really very wrong step of chappel to rule him out of the team.of course Rahal is doing great with the cap.but we THE INDIANS are really not used to a coach like Greg.
may be he is working hard with the team and trying to bring more discipline but for that first of all he himself has to control his emotions.what he did in kolkata was very embarrassing.
i don't think he is much worth for Indian cricket.

I agree with your views that Coach Greg Chappel has brought better discipline in the Indian Team. He has been very blunt to give his report about any player irrespective of his past record and does not believe in the attitude to keep every one please.

Perhaps.
You are right about the cricketers being lazy and unwilling to practice under john wright and sourav ganguly.
I fully agree with you on this. Performance against top teams has improved too....
