Maybe Houston will be looking for a QB.

I don't think he will be a good fit for the Bucs or the Broncos. Do not be surprized if he ends up in Oakland for several reasons. One, Al Davis loves those veterans and Garcia has been around the block a few times. Second, the Raiders almost assuredly will draft QB JaMarcus Russell of LSU with the first pick in the draft. Who better to teach him the ropes than a veteran, skilled quarterback like Garcia? Aaron Brooks has been released by the team and Andrew Walter has not proved he is capable of running the woeful offense. Garcia would probably be the starter in 2007 and be the back up for two or more years after that. He would most likely take that deal if its offered.

A bunch of teams are looking at him: Tampa, Chicago, and Minnesota included. If he knew he was going to start at any of those three, the best choice would obviously be Chicago. They went to the Super Bowl with an absolutely awful quarterback, so maybe they could win one with a pretty good quarterback. But, in Chicago, as well as possibly Tampa, he would have a decent younger quarterback breathing down his neck. I don't think Lovie is quite ready to give up on Rex yet, and Chris Simms has proved that he can be good when healthy.
Also I know it sounds crazy, but Oakland might not be too bad of a choice. If they got Garcia before the draft, they could use their pick to draft a weapon on offense (Calvin Johnson). Also, don't forget, Oakland had one of the top defenses last year, so if they had a decent quarterback, who knows what could happen.

I would say either denver or oakland.. If he goes to denver, he would be a mentor and a good backup for jay cutler. If he decides to go to oakland, he could start off the season as the starting qb, if the raiders wanna when now. He's showed that he still can get the job done and not to mention that the raiders are a qb away from doing some big things.

Minnesota makes sense because I don't think Tavaris Jackson is the answer just yet and Minnesota doesn't want to mortgage the whole season by starting the young guy.
I also think Miami makes sense from a backup role - he's an upgrade over Joey Harrington and if Daunte Culpepper doesn't work, Garcia can step right in and win them games.

I seriously thin he should go to Chicgao where he can win a Superbowl and at the same time teach Grossman how to win on once he leaves. Garcia is to old to go to Houston or Oakland or Tampa Bay where he will have to wait for them to build a team around him.

If I were Jeff Garcia, I would shop myself to a team like the Jets and ask to be allowed to compete for the starting job.
I say a team like the Jets 'cause the Jets have some very talented players; especially at the WR position. Catchery, Coles, McCareins and Smith; sounds like a law firm. :-)
The current Jets receivers are faster than Chad Pennington's deep throw.
You can see that they have to pull up to get under a ball that he throws deep.
Jeff Garcia would be able to take better advantage of their speed and help them take that next step of winning the division and possibly go on to the Super Bowl.
But Jeff, if somehow you get to read my post;
STAY OUT OF DETROIT.
