I noticed this morning the bags under my eyes, (more like the luggage lounge at Heathrow airport) are quite dark, does anyone know of a quick fix solution? i always manage to get my 7-8 hours sleep a night so can't see that its lack of sleep.


Also, stretch marks. this is probably the most common question that women ask about. i have unsightly marks on my hips and back of my knees. i wouldn't say i was over weight, actually losing it at the min and spending a lot of time at the gym as i am trying to get fit enough to persue a career in the RAF. is there anything that will definately reduce the appearence of these marks. they don't appear red, just white, like tan lines, but i feel very self concious about them and would love to get rid of them.
Do sun beds help reduce the look of them??

Cocoa butter is used for both preventing stretch marks and treating them. Cucumber slices or Cotton dipped in rose water helps to clear this dark circle. Make sure you protect your eyes from strong sun glare by using a good pair of sun glasses. Cold tea bags ,juice of potato also helps .More details and remedies at the link below.

Don't go for the sunbed- there are other ways without damaging your skin with UVA/B rays. I agree with the above that it is water retention and dehydration, so no cafeine and coffee for you. Drink lots of water. I hope you know how to use essential oils, bought at the health store, to mix into the following:

30ml base oil such as sweet almond oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops sandalwood eo
10 drops fennel eo
5 drops cypress eo

Mix together and gently rub under eyes careful not to get any in your eyes.

For the stretch marks, try rosehip oil, also available at your health store. If they are white marks they are old, but rosehip oil can help regenerate the tissue so it's well worth a try.

tanning really wont help those lines and it will make your skin get old faster, nothing much helps streatch marks, as for bags under your eyes try cucumber slices on them just after you wake up, slice a couple of slices and lay back down for five min with them on your eyes, then after you get home from work do it again. or a cucumber lotion from the beauty counter.

I am a medical professional, and i advise you the following...
Bags under your eyes can suggest de-hydration, and so make sure you are getting your daily intake of water. You will notice a huge difference and will feel refreshed too.
I will ask my doctor who i work with about your stretch marks, and see what he suggests.

i dont know about the bags under your eyes apart from getting more sleep, but yes sunbeds do help stretch marks you don't need to go on too often just once a week it did wonders for mine .....hope this helps

Coco butter works well on stretch marks. they have a stretch mark and scar reducing serum
Also sunlight..

i fink ur bags underneath ur eyes r du to. bad nutrition. i dont think you r eating enough of the right foods, take alook into your diet, try n eat more fruits and veg and water, thesewill improve ur skin as well.
