I'm in Canberra, and I've read the article on http://www.itwire.com.au/content/view/9587/1066/
it says that it will be visible from all seven continents on the Earth but does not say what time in Australia. I've never seen it before and I just want to find out if it'll really be visible from Canberra.

If no one has any idea, can you let me know where I can get more information from (better from Australian website or institution)

No. The eclipse will be from just before 9am to about 11am EDST. Perth might see the start of it.

There is another and better total lunar eclipse on August 28 which will be seen in the early evening from eastern Australia.
