One of my friends just told me he almost choked on his cornflakes when he spotted my rant on the new Superman Returns in his favourite magazine. ha ha
I was going on about how Superman just left Lois only to return years later to find he's got a son. He's overdue on child benefits isn't he?

Yes I believe he would be - at least if she tries to stop him seeing his son he's got his Fathers for Justice costume sorted!

I don't think Lois filed papers. Superman was not aware of the fact he fathered a child so there wouldn't be any tort (civil wrong). I wouldn't have a problem paying the back child support if I were Superman. I could take some coal and make some diamonds with my super-strength and heat-vision. Wouldn't like to be the person attempting to serve him papers let alone the lawyer prosecuting, the judge or anyone trying to collect if Superman were to refuse - which he would probably never do, anyway.

it's a bad idea for lois lane gave birth to superman's son for this movie. what's next? the son got kidnapped? superman grow old and the son save the world instead?
who going to watch the sequence to this movie when the ladies lost their fatasy, the gays lost hope for supe being one of them, and the straight men lost their fun of imaging getting the chicks.

True but she's obviously pretty forgiving otherwise she would have given him a piece of her mind about it and banned him from ever seeing his son again, which she didn't.
