I'm a philippine passport holder and I'm here in china rightnow holding tourist visa and apparently it will going to expired, so i have plan to go to vietnam and stay there for a couple of days and go back here in china.Can I still apply for a tourist china visa in vietnam?How many months can the china embassy will give to me?How to apply for a chinese tourist visa in Vietnam?

First thing. Yes it's possible if you go to the Chinese Embassy in Hanoi. BUT you must allow a week for processing. They will give you a one month visa for tourism. If you are still in China go to the local Public Security Bureau to see if you can get your current visa extended. This is sometimes possible but you might need a Chinese friend to interpret. Dont forget you will also (probab ly) need a visa for Vietnam.
