Find something you can do while the children are napping or have gone to bed at night. Need to regain more of your time. Try waking up an hour earlier to get started on housework or for extra time to work on your project. Assign the children more chores so you aren't having to do so much. See if another housewife would be willing to exchange childcare so you could promote your project. You take her kids one day, she takes yours the next. Examine your daily schedule to see if you are 'wasting' anytime. Example: making multiple trips out instead running all your errands at one time. Just some suggestions, hope that helps.
