well i wear a white shirt (not a tee though)
with these little black polkadots(they're darling!)
its slim fitting,those typesof shirts look best with skinny jeans in my opinion. if you wanna make it a little extra fashionable add a thick wide black belt to wear over the bottom of your shirt. it would look amazing with the black pants.
if that's not your style go for something al little edgier maybe. perhaps a cami with a little jacket over it...maybe added with someballet flats?

Wear a blouse not shirt! Blouse goes good with skinny jeans, especially pink ones or brown or red. Wear some dangling earring, purple bracelet, a ring, Neckalce, Red coloured high heels or converse sneakers, style your hair layered, put some light blushing in cheeks, lipgloss not lipstick, pink and silver eye shadow, black mascara!

a short waist skimming shirt in some light colour if it's daytime summer or dark and glam for night time

you can wear anything with black jeans in or out
dress up or dress down they both look good
