At UTC 02:32, and the eclipse path will be through Asia and Alaska.
There will also be a partial eclipse on September 11, 2007
At UTC 12:31, and the eclipse path will be through South America and Antarctica.

Theer are two total lunar eclipses this year. the one on March 3 is around 2300UTC while the one on August 28 is around 1000 UTC. Those who miss the first will see the second.
