Is there a programme or does my computer tell me the exact make and model of it?

Install Belarc Advisor. They'll give that information for free.

Um, I'm guessing you want to find out information about your computer. Unless you own a dell or another proprietary system, you won't really have a make and model. If you really need more info, download and use belarc advisor: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

It will give you details about your computer, though if it's a proprietary system, it probably won't give you the model number.

there is already in windows. just right click on My Computer icon and then on Properties. go to the general. here u will find all the information of ur computer.

Go to my computer on your start menu and the on the side menu go to system information it should tell you there

type in "msinfo32" into the 'run' window (click start > run)

(same as running system info through tools)

No need to download anything!
