Take multiple pictures of the brain and separate the brain into the anatomical hemispheres (lateral, medial, ventral, dorsal, etc) and make flash cards of the brain centers and listing where the region is that its located.
For Anatomical charts, its best if you have a model that you can interact with so you can see the joints and the regions of bone that are landmark to specific bones.

Everyone learns different.. But this is what worked for me for all my anatomy and biology classes.

I would make up sayings and use the first letter of each word I had to memorize. Use a dry erase board to write things over and over again... Draw your own pictures and label it.

Here is a popular one:
To remember all 12 of the cranial nerves and used by almost all medical students.

"On Old Olympus Towering Tops, A Finn And German Viewed Some Hops."

Remember that sentence and it will be easy to remember the nerves: olfactory, optic, oculomotor, trochlear, trigeminal, abducens, facial, acoustic, glassopharyngeal, vagus, spinal accessory and hypoglossal.
