With a shoe brush.
you brush them, and the dirt pops up off of the suede.
they also make suede shoe cleanner.
check at the shoe store, or look online.

When they are new, spray them with a protective product specifically for suede or nubuck. Most shoe stores/ depts. carry this. Read the spray carefully to make sure it is recommended for your color shoes. Most things will then come off with a high quality suede brush.

at good shoe stores you can buy suede brushes to keep the dust off and the nap going one way and suede spray cleaner as well.

Buy a brush and cleaner specifically made for the purpose - usually available at stores like Walmart, Target, and shoe stores.
