Get a good teacher in English to help you learn correct pronunciation. Watch plays of classical works of Shakespeare and other great playwrights, performed by groups from England. Refer to good English dictionaries with pronunciation key, such as Oxford and Chambers, if you want (British) pronunciation help.
If you can lay hands on any audio aids on pronunciation, buy them and listen to them.
Mentally practice correct pronunciation of words when you come to know of their proper pronunciation, till you get them right.
Take passages from well-known works in English, read them out aloud to your friends, and ask them to point out what they feel are incorrect pronunciation. Check from a dictionary if they are right and if yes, learn the correct pronunciation. This would also help your friends to improve their pronunciation.
