I have a hypothesis that average looking women mock men to see and test if they are trully preety or not, such as this girl in my chemistry lecture had her hands on her hips and moved past staring right at me for quite some time, I think she was mocking me so is this true, do you believe this

I think he means "teasing". Yes, some women do this. I'm not sure most women do it to test anything. I think some insecure women do it for attention. Really though, most women are NOT like this and its unfortunate that a few are.
