I'd start with a port simmered pear roasted and stuffed with stilton cheese and walnuts. Served on mixed baby greens with hearts of palm, fresh mozzarella and a raspberry vinnaigrette.
The entree would be Filet Mignon with a rosemary red wine bur blanc sauce, fresh baby carrots and yukon gold potatoes.
And for desert a nice creme brulee.

Am I hired?
