Pros ; A Handphone can be a wonderful thing if YOU OWN it, and use it judiciously. Cons ; A Handphone can be a terrible thing if it OWNS YOU, and it's constantly stuck to Your Ear, irritates everyone around You, and causes You to Wreck Your Car while You're Yapping away !

the pro :
you will have easy access to communicate to others, or be contacted by others. This will you great benefit, especially when something emergency condition happens, at that time, you will be grateful that you have a handphone.
the con:
you could talk too long to others, and forget that you have to pay the high bill

the best way is to read the fine print of the contract.if you are not sure ask them to explain.many phone company are cons.
