Yes, you are still a virgin if you use a tampon. The only way you can lose your virginity is if you have sexual intercourse with a man. Using a tampon, however, can tear your hymen, which also happens during sex. But that alone does not mean you are not a virgin any more. I hope this helps!

I wore tampons for a while and yes I was still a virgin. I had to stop wearing tampons due to medical issues unrelated to tampons themselves.
