J.C. Watts is the greatest African-American politician in American history. Can anyone even begin to dispute it?

"...they said that I had sold out and Uncle Tom. And I said well, they deserve to have that view. But I have my thoughts. And I think they're race-hustling poverty pimps."

J.C. Watts was one of a kind, yes. Articulate, bright, clean ...err, wait a sec...not supposed to say "clean" because I'm not a Democrat like Joe Biden! (Don't want to get accused of being racist. Too bad I'm not a liberal...then I could get a free pass to say whatever I wanted, no matter how insensitive)

I dont think of that's a racist question, yet an informative question that merits an answer. to place it basically, a lot of this united states of america join the previous "One Drop Rule." by way of fact Obama had an African father, society rapidly located him interior the "Black" type. that is fairly unlucky and as a Biracial individual myself, I wish Obama might have made greater of a stand and claimed the two one in each of his races and not in hassle-free terms one. yet howdy, that's politics. President Harding became by no skill "outed" by way of fact he did no longer seem to be Black and no one ever questioned. He additionally did no longer have a Black mum or dad. i think you may desire to declare that President Harding "exceeded" (yet all over back era that became used in this time.) I usually questioned how the media and society might have categorised Obama if Obama gave the impression to be greater White than Black. might they nevertheless call him the 1st "Black" President? Or might they concede and phone him the 1st "Biracial" President?

B. Hussein Obama? Really? What a pathetic ploy. Do you really think your fellow citizens are so stupid that they'll think "Hussein?? Like Saddam?? He's evil!". The ones that do are already on your side, hon. Conservatives have got the KKK vote. All you're doing now is looking racist and stupid.

I want experience in government. I am not sure that I want a team player, what I want is a person that stands on his merit against all odds. I love football but we are talking president here.
