well that depends on your surroundings. if you are miserable at work, quit that job and get another one, or transfer to a different department. if you are miserable at home, MOVE, especially if you still live with your parents. if you are miserable at school, try hanging out with different people, and ditching your friends (they can be the root of many problems, believe me I KNOW!). also, if you are one of those types of people that are mean to others, try being nice to everyone. be polite, and well-mannered. always have a smile on your face, and a hug for them in your heart. that will chase your blues away. if you are an angry person, seek counseling, and try to find out where that anger stems from so you can put a stop to it.

Sounds corny but it works- count your blessings. Don't say you don't have ANY, we all do. I am fairly young and have a rare for of spinal arthritis. When I walk, bend, sit or even do nothing it hurts. I just thank God I can walk, have a great husband, a wonderful sister and a cat and dog I love like they were my children. Just always remember that no matter how bad it gets, someone somewhere has it worse. So, I focus on not looking at the bad in my life, but the good. I am not saying it is always easy and you can't be happy all of the time. Tonight, I was having a lot of pain. I was sitting in the kitchen chair slumped over. My dog came over and gave me a big slobbery dog kiss on the nose and for a few minutes, I was so happy. When things are tough, remember the good things- even little things like that.

First of all you have to know yourself. Be happy with who you are above all else. Your opinion is the most important because after all, it is your life. Try new things. Meet new people. Close your eyes and dream of what you want most out of life and then go get it. I am 28 yrs. old and have always had the attitude of I am going to have the best for me no matter what. I am extremely happy with who and what I am and always have been. I also think it is important to care for others. The golden rule is not always true. People don't treat you like they want to be treated. They want you to treat them like gold while they treat you like a piece of unwanted pocket lint. Don't stand for it! Be proud. Stand up and be noticed. Be yourself!!!

Sing that song, Don't Worry Be Happy, or hum it, all the time. Maybe that will work. It made me smile to think of it!

Dear,
Know thy self !!
Know your priorities in your life.
Set your goals and have a clear vision
Stay totally focused.
Be reasonable.
Dint be greedy.
Have faith in yourself and drive fear away.
IF YOU HAVE FEAR THAT WILL DRIVE YOUR FAITH OUT .
THAT'S WHERE YOUR MISERABLE LIFE STARTS.
SO HAVE FAITH IN YOURSELF AND BE POSITIVE, DON'T THINK NEGATIVE, DO NOT SEE THE BAD THING IN OTHERS.
NEVER BE JEALOUS IN OTHERS ACHIEVEMENTS. DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS SUCCESS.
BE HONEST.
YOU WILL BE HAPPY ALL YOUR LIFE.
I ASSURE YOU.
WITH WARM REGARDS
