I have sex almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. Can this have a negative effect on my work out program at the gym in as far as losing weight or losing strenghth? Could it be possible to not get the full benefit of a good work out in the gym due to not having enough energy to do a good work out because of too much sex and not know it? When I am in the gym, I feel like I am doing a good work out, but I wonder if I am cheating myself and not knowing it by having sex, sex, sex.

Contrary to the common belief about not having sex before sports, having regular sex helps the whole body release tension. Hence, when you hit the gym you will be relaxed and your muscles are ready for the work out. Don't forget to stretch though! ;)

I don't think it would have much of a difference. The more exercise you do is suppose to increase your energy levels and therefore your fitness. Just make sure you are getting reasonable nights sleep and eat well.
