If you mean a little spittle I'd just jokingly wipe it away. If they full on spit in my face, I'd punch them in their's. Accident or no, I have a huge saliva phobia. It grosses me out more than almost anything.

once someone accidently spat on my shoe (they were running and I was running behind them and they didnt see me and turned around and spat on my shoe - eeeeeuuuuuw) I just went "gross" and jumped out of the way!
