Well, a giant gnome would be relative to the other gnomes. Since gnomes average about 3 feet in height, a "giant" one would probably be about 6 feet.

Now, a gnome giant, on the other hand, would be relative to other giants and simply classified as a gnome. So it could be anywhere in the giant range, like 12 to 15 feet tall.
