I would only buy one from a Ebayer that is licensed to sell turbo kits and only buy the complete kit. I would also check out the seller's feedback rating and comments. You can learn a lot from this. There are a lot of scams on Ebay, for example the so called "electric driven turbo" its nothing but an electric motor and a K&N air filter. It will not produce any kind of boost.

Make sure you check out how many items they have sold, look at their feedback percentage as well as their feedback. Do NOT buy a turbo that says "like Greddy" or "like Turbonetics" or whatever. Only buy the actual reputable brands. Cheap turbos will break quickly.
However, if I were you, I would go NA. Just replace all internals and everything around the engine.

There's lots of good stuff on E-Bay. But buying a turbo for a Honda is just a waste of money.

I wouldn't just because that's such a large purchase and if something goes wrong it's a huge hassle to get it straightened out. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
