No, because their competitor, DirecTV doesn't acknowledge Anime Network or Funimation as channel choices deserving nationwide spectrum either. Notice that except for the community service channels (Universities, Civil Action, etc.) Dish and DirecTV have the EXACT SAME LINEUP.

I asked DishNetwork about the anime network also. All they told me was that they would forward the request on to their programming department. Who knows what that means?! I didn't/don't know about the funimation channel. We can only hope that enough people ask for it and it becomes part of their programming choices.
