I like a guy . Some times he cares for me somuch and sometimes not. I feel like he is ignoring me a lot.
He'll not respond to my phone calls and not reply my messages.
When i ask him for d reason, he says i was busy.
I don't know whether he really likes me or not.
He says i like u somuch, but not implement in actions.
How to find whether he really likes or not.
But don't want to miss him.

Priya, this guy is possibly the sort who is generally nice and caring to ALL females ! 'Liking' and 'loving' are two very different emotions.
You might have misunderstood his friendly motives as 'something more' - and so, your romantic overtures are probably scaring him so much, that he is resorting to ignoring you.
Be smart : Just be 'cool' and 'casual' when he around the next time - and make it a point to be polite but distant towards him, while being your normal self with the others.
If he really 'cares' about you, he will not want to lose you, and make the first move to mentally come closer - and you will know for sure that you also mean 'something more' to him.
If he does not, and is equally casual towards you, well, you will have found out where you really stand - without any fear about ever 'missing' him !

I think maybe he likes you but, does not want to be any thing except friends.

try to talk with him about another guy. and tell him second guy ask from you to start a afair.

i don't think he likes u. to find out the truth talk to him openly. i don't think there's any other way to settle things out.
