infernal affairs wins hands down

somehow adaptations never seem to be as nice as it is almost impossible to fully replicate the original hence losing some of the flavour that caused the original to be so popular such that an adaptation was released

Infernal Affairs is much more better.

The storyline is much more strong and it shown much more unique.

Only dealing with the leading actress is done better in the Departed rather than Infernal Affairs.
