How to format 1 GB iBall Pen Drive and get back 1 GB space?

Few days back, I bought 1 GB iBall Pen Drive. After that I made two partitions and given a password to teh protected area. By mistake, I have executed Windows FORMAT command in the public area of pen drive. Now when I try to execute Format.exe (i.e. file provided by iball CD), it says "Flash Disk Not Inserted", whereas the flash disk is plugged in. I would like to format the pen drive and get back 1 GB of storage area. Please help.

Download and install CompuApps Swissknife HD Utility.
This program will do Thumb drives, it works great to delete partitions and formats in fat, fat 32 and NTFS.
