what would happen if i got a piercing when im high? would it be at a higher risk of getting infected?

I don't think it would matter. But then again you have to have some sobriety to know if the place you go into for the piercing is clean and sanitary or not. There's always a slight risk of hepotitis if things aren't done with care, especially if they don't use clean tools.

Only if they used unsanitary needles. Why do you want to get piercing anyway? And it really depends on where you're getting pierced. I don't understand why women get pierced any place else other than the ears. I just don't get the point of doing all that nasty piercing. Yuck!

The only downside I see is that marijuana supresses your immune system so logically the risk of infection is higher but it's not all that significant. Just make sure you get it at the right place or just (wo)man up and drink the pain soberly
