Whether they provide good career or not , they provide jobs to the youth. Before the advent of IT, candidates have to register in the employment office and wait for their call, which they never receive in their life-time. Because eligible candidates are more and jobs are limited. More-over bribery is the main eligibility to receive the call from employment exchange. Arrival of private sector and IT companies came as a boon to now a days youth. What troubles we have faced in the past, these are not, a pleasant change. At least our children are enjoying timely fruits.
