I originally thought Victoria's Secret was an underwear shop. However having just had a quick look at their site and their dresses I would say that the equivalent for dresses would be:

Debenhams - they have concessions for many different shops and you'd find something you like there. The styles on the VS website seemed to be mainly clingy strapless or v-necked long dresses. Although in the UK this was mainly last summer's season fashion there are bound to be loads still for sale this year. Try the designers at Debenhams Pierce II Fonda and Julien McDonald ranges.

Monsoon - They have lots of really gorgeous dresses this season in all sorts of vibrant colours

Zara - high fashion without the high fashion price tag - they are a spanish chain but usually spot on with the more glamorous trends.

Topshop - aimed more at the teen market and cheaper prices but spot on for quick fashion.

Others you might like to have a look in on the High Street are Oasis, Principles and H&M. I'm sure you'll find that in the UK we've got great dresses!
