Human Torch cos he can heat up to Supernova which is the heat of the sun. There's never been a frozen sun. A sun burns all the way, explodes and die.

when u put hot and cold together heat is lost to cold so i think the ice man would eat up the torch

Iceman would win cause he has the ability to CREATE ice. Torch can only MANIPULATE fire, he can not produce it.
