I do not have a time for the imagination to dream up an idea like this. The brain children we contracted originally by government, but the ultimate use was never realized until the personal computers. Apple and Microsoft played a major role in making the Internet as we know it a reality. Al Gore could not have been serious because the process was started in 1973. The attached information fails to mention Al Gore at all so go figure.

For Al Gore to claimed he had invented the Internet has got to be the most successful flat-out lie since, well, the last one.
Why would anyone vote for this guy.

The fact is, that as a member of the Senate, he was the most forceful advocate for funding the internet in its infancy. The myth that he said he invented the internet is another "swift-boat" incident from the repubs.
