Hi, trying to buy a pair of winter boots, does not know where can I find it. Most of the winter wear store only carry clothings.
Can someone advise.

Think you can buy at any shoe stores like URS or shoe department stores in Metro, Seiyu (Bugis) or Isetan. Be prepared that they wouldn't carry a lot of varieties as boots are not popular for wearing for the Singaporeans. Good luck.
