i'd wedge a piece of fish or an open can of tuna behind the bedroom radiator,after a day or 2 it will bloody stink.

Not cool. Why don't you leave flowers or a flower or a cute little nick-nack gift in her room with a home-made Welcome Home sign. (even if it was only a short trip) That's a beautiful memory that will last a lifetime & build your forever sistership you have with her. Don't waste time playing games. Making people feel good & happy is soo much more worthwhile! :) {and give her a hug!}

You want to do something that will annoy her without her knowing it had anything to do with you. That way she wont get a worse revenge on you and your parents wont know it was you either.
You COULD put milk in her bedcovers.
After she has slept in it a few times the milk will turn bad. The bedroom will start to smell but the best bit is that her skin will absorb the stale milk and start to smell. She will stink and wont be able to get rid of it for a few days even with showers.

Oh now that's not a nice thing to do is it, your poor sister will have missed you and all you want to do is mess her room up, bet you would be mad if she did that to you, be nice to her for a change.

burn all of her Melissa etheridge albums and hang up nude pics of Oprah on her wall. Write fake diary's about her sexual fantasies for your mom. And enter in it how many times she has had abortions and that her leaving town was because she of the last cover up that she had sex with six different relatives in one week and she was too embarrassed to stay around.

rearrange the furniture. put everything on the opposite side. pillows at the foot of the bed night table moved that kind of thing. nothing permanent or could really upset her.
