I had a miscarriage last January 27, when should i expect my menstruation?

Your cycle will return when your hormonal cycle has reset again. That depends entirely on your own body, and there is no one who can give you an exact date. Ordinarily it happens within a few months of the miscarriage, but that is affected by things like how far along you were, why you miscarried, and how regular your cycle was to begin with. You should still be under the care of your Gyn, and that is the best person to discuss this all with. I'm sorry for your loss, and it will simply take time for your body to sort things out again.

That's a tricky question depending if you are healthy or not. Because, I know alot of people who get it every month, every 2 months, or even once a year.
