I don't think you should. I've heard some horror stories about men being disfigured down there and not being able to use it in that way. After all, it's not what you have but how you use it.
In what way will you not ne able to claim your inheritance if you're not married?? Although I am not an attorney, it sounds like that it might be against 'public policy' in that you'd be forced to do something you have a right not to do.
