im 38 weeks and 6 days ... just an hour ago i started to have lost of pelvic pressure and lower stomach pain like a period ..and it leads down to my pelvics ??

sounds like the beginnings of labor, keep upright and moving around as this will help it to progress. if your waters break, call your hospital as some will want you to come in to check all is ok! Best of luck!

The baby dropped. Pack your bags scenes your almost 39 weeks, but don't leave for the hospital yet. Labor could be any where from 5 minutes to four weeks from now.

the baby could be dropping and you could also be getting ready to go into labor . Stay home and don't go out alot .

Perhaps it could be your baby's head dropping into your pelvis in preparation for labor.

You are probably in labor. You should call your doctor imediately especially if you are bleeding or leaking fluid.
