One we did for my sister's baby shower was to fold napkins like a cloth diaper and pin it with a baby saftey pin and tie a piece of yarn to it so your guests can wear it around their necks. Inside one of the napkins(before you fold it) scribble some baby poo in it. Then pass them out to your guests and at the end of the baby shower, whoever has the poo gets the prize! We used a giant chocolate bar, but whatever floats your boat. :)
Another one is to make mom(and dad, if present) guess the flavors of baby food. Be nice and give them some banana, but you gotta throw in liver or something. Have a camera ready, because their reactions are priceless! Have fun!!

Have everyone write down what they think babies stats will be:
hair color, eye color, weight & length, day born, etc. Whoever gets the most right wins bragging rights! ha ha
That's what we did & my mom called it. My first did have, Blonde hair & brown eyes like she guessed. She called that cuz she said she thought that looks neat. :)

at mine we did where you had to draw a picture of a baby the best one wins (oh and your blindfolded) we estimated what length of string would fit around my belly (closest one wins) smeared food on little diapers. everyone had to guess what the food was. I can't remember anything else I was really tired at my shower,,,,

this ones kind of gross. you get a butch of different kinds of chocolate like snickers , reese , kit kat etc. you microwave them and put them in little diapers. And you make your guests guess what they are by smelling and tasting them (the gross part is that they really do look like poop) but its great to see the reactions of your guests.
