my pop up blocker is on but i keep getting pop ups,its drivin me insane,what can i do to stop it?

Install and use firefox while browsing this will keep you sane

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
(3) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one if your present anti virus is not protecting you .

Pop ups are a sign that your PC is infecte with adware. Use these scans to remve it.

All of these are ones that I personally use and all are free.After you install any of them,make sure you update them to get the full affect.

check its setting and the whitelist. I think there are seven types of pop ups maybe your pop up blocker can't block all of those. try also using other blocker.

Use a spyware cleaner like Spysweeper from webroot. I had the same problem til removed all the spyware and adware off of my computer.

The above Web sites are great, but make sure you update the programs regularly because those who do spam you with ad ware are constantly finding ways to get around them.

you got a virus, you need to clean your pc, or reformat

and after the reformat, don't go to those websites anymore, you know the ones with the hot stuff in it

i know because i got the same problem, i won't make the same mistake again
