I am married into a filipino family and they dont like me very much cause all the women are submissive or stupid Im not sure which but I am not. They are very nice women but not too smart. Its not their fault though they were not raised here. Yes Linda get lost!

A close friend's dad was married to one. She got him to sell his luxurious condominium and took 3/4 of the money for herself and her children (from her previous marriage). The remaining 1/4 was to buy a new apartment. None of his children (3 of them) got a single cent of that money. In fact, she threatened to leave him if he at all bring up the subject of giving some of that money to his children. She never cooked and they always ended up eating out (using their school pocket money) or instant noodles. I must say that this is not the first time I've known of someone whose expereinced this. I am not against filipina women and I believe that based on the above example, it is the father who is not strong enough to keep the house in order. Oh, he's finally come to his senses and divorced her. She's still haggling over alimony though :-p

You must be a Filipino yourself or intend to marry a woman from that country to ask that question. I have a few friends who married Filipino and their wives insists on the husbands to support their family back home in the Philippines. One even threatened to divorce the husband if he did not buy a house for her parents back home!!!

from space, there is just one Earth. people are people. some good, some not so much. marriages are marriages, some good, some not so much. all different. all private, personal and between two people.

why did u marry a filipina in the first place?...u hoping for a submissive wife?..flipina are not stupid they're just unfortunate they come from third world. If u have treated her right u wont have bad experience!

dude, it is spelled with a "PH" not an "F", and i think two "L's" , I'll check with spell checker for you. almost sounds like you wanna be racial. i have a Philippian (ok, i have NO CLUE who is correct in spelling) aunt. yeah they are divorced, but claim to love one-another. you know what the biggest cause of divorce is?
