The ob/gyn ask family medical history of both biological parents and the father (alleged) at this time will not provide this information, is there a legal way to be able to obtain this information until DNA test have been aquired and paternity proven

We are dealing with a privacy issue.

Absent a court order, the putative father is entitled to keep his medical history private.

only with a court order, and good luck with that. It is very hard to violate the Doctor/Patient privilege.

You would probably have better luck forging his signature to a medical release form and tell the records clerk you are needing his records as part of an employer medical records check. Or hire a private investigator to do that for you.

Actually, even if he is proven to be the father, he does not have to share the families medical history. Most parents will voluntarily share this information. But, there is no law stating that they have to.

You can't! Unfortunately, even if he IS proven to be the father, he doesn't have to disclose anything about his medical history or that of his family.
