Because of the changes that your body is going thru it could come at any time. Pls just try to relax and also talk to your mom about your concerns.

As for the mood swings B6 is good for helping with that. Check with your dr if it's ok to take it though.

I started to show signs of entering puberty at 11 as well and because of that my mom started to watch what my moods would do. I started my very first period at 13 and I had no idea it was coming. All I know I was trying to sleep and felt something wet and it started that nite.

Congratulations on entering womanhood and pls be patient even though I know it won't be easy.

I had my first period when I was 8 going on 9. You never know when your period will start. If the discharge is like a whiteish color its normal just wear a panty liner. Everything that you are experincing is normal. You just might wanna keep a couple of pads and or tampons in your purse just incase you start and there is none avalible

awwww your turning into a young women. dont be to anxious about your period. i remember when i was young i used to always want it to come because i felt like if i had my period i would feel older and be more mature. gosh was i wrong!!! yes its a natural part of womanhood but baby dont try and grow up too quick. what type of discharge have you had? like spotting? or like a whitish discharge? and the whole pubic hairs, mood swings, and crams, and even growing pains are natural. have your mom massage your legs if they are hurting. thats what my mom did!

There is no definite answer for that. It varies in each and every person. Some girls get theirs as early a eight years old, while others take as long as eighteen, or even longer. Just wait for it, and trust me when I say that you do not want to rush it. When you get older and still do not have one: seek info from your family physician.

you're having a era--it would not could be very heavy nor does it is going to be magnificent pink....write down the day and month of this and watch it next month around a similar time. Write down the day and month of your era each and each month from right here on--or get a calendar and mark the day, on account that way you notice how long your cycle is--and that could assist you to be arranged....
