I cant have Kiara as a first name but want it as the second....does anyone know any good girls first names that will go with Kiara?

I think that a 2 syllable first name would go best with Kiara. My name is Jayda and I have had many compliments on this name over the years. It sounds like you might prefer more exotic / rare names, which I'm not very good at. I do, however, have a few suggestions for what to look for:
"Kiara" has 3 syllables, which makes it a "long" name in my mind. If her last name will also be long, you might try to go with a "short" first name - 1 or 2 syllables. Like Anne, or Dawn. Or go with a name that you plan on shortening by using a nickname - "Mel" instead of "Melissa".
Kiara ends in an "a" sound. I'd avoid a first name that also did that.
Pay attention to what all 3 initials will be. I know a family who named their daughter in such a way that her initials are "COW". You can bet she'll be guarding her middle name in school!
Pretend you're a school bully, or a pack of mean kids, and try to "chant" or taunt using the first and last names. Does the name lend itself to naughty rhymes or insults?

Kiara is a beautiful Irish name! What a shame you can't use it as a first...but I would recommend Erin. (another irish name)
