pain during or after sex can often mean a problem with the reproductive system. She should see her doctor and tell him/her her symptoms. It could be and ovarian cyst, PID, etc. Or it could be nothing. But, better to get it checked out. Any kind of pain is the body's way of saying "hey, there's something wrong here". Good luck

Was she ever abused sexually? Sounds a little like vaginismus.
It's an involuntary muscle spasm associated with touching or arousal in the area, it's different for everyone, but triggered usually by a sexual activity. It's completely involuntary, and will require a LOT of patience from both of you, if this is the problem. If you care enough to take your time and talk to a good doctor about it (if she feels comfortable of course), you will find it makes you much closer.

if the doc said there's no medical explanation attributable to any form of sexual disease, then it might be because she's naturally tight, or she does not naturally lubricate enough or long enough to last until you achieve orgasm, or the act is too aggressive, or her vaginal muscles have not naturally adjusted enough to accommodate penile entry, size or angle of entry or thrust. a burning sensation is usually associated with either a pre-existing medical condition or lack of lubrication that results in varying degrees of vaginal laceration.
patience, sensitiveness and consideration on your part might help.
good luck!

find out where exactly the pain is. if its on the outside, you probably need more lube. if its up by her urethra it could be a urinary tract infection. tell her to go to the darn doctor!

It could be several things: dyspareunia (painful intercourse) could be a symptom of vaginismus (vaginal tightening). She should visit a physician or nurse practitioner.
