Cricket is a game of eleven players on field. But if I've to choose a member in particular from every team who can turn the complexion of a game on his own it will be
India Yuvaraj Singh-Batting,bowling & fielding
Australia Andrew Symonds-batting,bowling & fielding
South Africa Jacques Kallis-batting,bowling,fielding
Sri Lanka Sanath Jayasuriya-batting,bowling
England Kevin Pieterson-batting
Pakistan Mohammed Yusuf-batting
New Zealand-Ross Taylor-batting
West Indies Shiv Chanderpaul-batting
The other teams do not boast of any match winners

India- Rahul Dravid (he is the glue-man of the team, can do any job at any time, including wicket-keep)
New Zealand- Stephen Fleming (he isn't the most dangerous, but his captaincy and steady batting at the top of the order enables New Zealand to compete with any team)
Australia- Ricky Ponting (he is the most dangerous, and best one day batsman full stop, plus he is a top fielder)
South Africa- Shaun Pollock ( He can win a game, with both bat and ball, and can win games just with his misely bowling, and lusty batting)
West Indies- Brian Lara (He can win a match, single-handedly, and is a lot more consistent than any other player on the West Indian team, even if he is about to reitre.)
Sri Lanka- Sanath Jayasuriya (He is one of the best all-rounders in the world, and can make daunting run chases seem like a walk in the park. When he's hot Sri Lanka generally win)
Pakistan- Mohammed Yousef (He was the best batsman last year in tests, and was great in one-dayers as well, rotates the strike well, and is the closest thing to a sure thing in the Pakistani lineup)
Bangladesh- Shariar Nafees (Promising opener who has the talent and mental strength to become one of the best in the world, already Bangladesh's best batsman)
Zimbabwe- Tatenda Taibu (Leader, Best Batsman, no one else close to him, on the international stage.)
England- Andrew Flintoff (Dominant all-rounder, who is England's best bolwer, and second most dangerous batsman, behind Kevin Pietersen)
