Is it just as long as the package fits in the mailbox? Anyone did this before and your package was mailed successfully?

Reason I ask because it's a pain to go all the way to the post office sometimes!

If its over a pound then you're going to have a problem because of FAA rules. The way to get around that is to print out your postage via USPS.com and then request a free Letter Carrier pickup. Anything less then a pound, with proper postage, can go in the mailbox.

i do no longer care the least bit. I seldom get something yet unsolicited mail, and that's fairly a waste of money and wood. If I deliver a equipment, there is no way i'm sending it via skill of USPS; they're slow and unreliable, and issues are lost or broken on a many times happening foundation. so some distance as i'm in touch, we can get rid of the positioned up workplace thoroughly. i'm going to stay with united statesor Fedex and digital mail. The postal workers and their union needed further and extra funds for doing much less and much less, and theory they had be indispensible; they priced themselves out of jobs, and that i say good riddance to undesirable rubbish.

If it's within the allowed size range for a mailable package, is properly addressed, doesn't contain anything that is illegal to mail, will fit into the mailbox, and has the correct postage, you're good to go!

Yes, it's fine as long as it's marked properly and has the correct postage.
