Being an ICSE student myself,I wont recommend that CBSE is better than ICSE for the X level as the curriculum and the syllabus structure does not match the level of ICSE at all.In fact, the english in ICSE is much more useful and will do you a world of good in improving your communicative skills in english.The other subjects are also going to help you a lot in your +2 level.However at +2 level CBSE is the best for science especially since it's gonna help you a lot in your entrance examinations.

The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) has been designed to provide an examination in a course of general education, in accordance with the recommendations of the New Education Policy 1986 (India), through the medium of English.
In this mode of education, student has to write seven papers with anywhere from 1 to 3 papers in each subject. The certificate has international equivalence and is accepted by most international Universities.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) prepares the syllabus for students from Lower Kindergarten (L.K.G) to Class 12, for schools affiliated with it. It conducts two board examinations: the All India Secondary School Examination for Class 10 and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination for Class 12, which is a school-leaving examination.
And every mode of education has its own specialities and drawbacks. Thus by this analysis, ICSE has some more value than a CBSE exam...

CBSE is much better and widely accepted. Earlier it was falling behind ICSE due to Course structure now everything is in place

ICSE is better.Being an ICSE student I think that ICSE is easier than CBSE and more beneficial even as it improves ur language skills and prepares us for our future life in a better way.Well, this is my personal experience.

cbse is much better then icse as in cbse board you don`t have to learn very long ans but in icse you have to mug up 2-3 pages long ans.You don`t have to study very hard in cbse board.
