I don't have one, and I got this free fall out boy record. I don't have anything to play it on. Oh well. =)
I'm just curious about who still has record players, even though it feels like they're ancient technology to me. I don't even have any tapes, all I have are cds now and one record.

At home there are 1 record from the Beatles, many of old Spanish slow music, some other of "salsa" like El Gran Combo, Hector Lavoe and Willie Colon, one in English with Xmas songs and another one with Xmas song but Spanish for the Puerto Rican culture and another ones, which are mine with 80's music.

I still had one up 'til a couple of years ago when I had to downsize because of moving to a smaller place. I really like them, and plan to get another soon. Technology is good, but sometimes it's good to hold on to some of the old things too.

Its awsum fun , getting them for ya fav bands and listening to them ... some people r right into it and have like 1000 buck turntables but mine are cheepies :)

I do! I have a ton of records too. The sound quality is amazing on those things...unfortunately I recently cheaped out and bought an MP3 player...

I have two old ones, and I just picked up a new one that plugs into your computer, but I haven't tried it out yet!!
