NOKIA is a better choice .
Bulk of market portion is captured by NOKIA .
So say more expectable.
Also while out you can find its charger with more of your links.

It really is a matter of personal preference and also your service provider. I've had 3 cell phones from Samsung and 2 of them were great while the other one had craptastic reception even with no interference. Personally I like Sanyo a lot but only because I had my one phone from them for 3 years and that thing was beaten up but still worked after being dropped, cracked, antenna broken, lcd screen smashed and buttons falling off but in my opinion I'd go with Samsung over Nokia.

Its a matter of personal preference, i personally dont like to buy nokia phones because they are in everyone's hands. no offence but my milkman man, the gardener, the mailman all of them have nokia, they just cant get other phones. So i use phones that are anything other then nokia.

nokia is popular in India & the parts are easily available and serviceable.
Samsung is also a popular co. But my suggestion would be if your budget
is above Rs.4500, go for Samsung/Sony; you will get more features in those
brands than in Nokia.
