you can use concealer. I myself have really dark circles and i would say that the best concealer is called time balm by the balm and it it the best concealer. I have tried many concealers before and this is the least cakey and it covers so well. it is a little bit pricey at 16 or 15 bucks but a little goes a long way and it is well worth the money

what you need to do first is prepare the area underneath the eye by applying eye cream. You need to let the cream soak in for 2 or 3 minutes and then blot away any excess with a sponge or tissue. The eye cream will help the concealer stick on and if that area tends to be dry, it won't "cake on". You need to remember that the under-eye area contains fewer oil glands than anywhere else on the body, so it needs plenty of moisture. Next take a brush and apply concealer along the line of demarcation - where the discoloration begins on your skin. Extend the concealer up and over the discolored area with the brush.Never apply concealer below the line of demarcation because you don't want to lighten the skin that is already the correct color. Next pat the concealer with your finger along the line of demarcation to blend it in.
If you have serious dark circles you will need to use a shade or two lighter than your foundation. You have to apply the concealer before your foundation. When applying your foundation make sure you pat it on over the concealed area. Yellow concealers are great choice for covering dark circles on ivory and beige skin. And golden - orange concealers work great on bronze and ebony skin.

Definately use Lise Watier concealer wheel. They have five types of concealers all place on one wheel. One is yellowish (to conceal undereye circles) but as well they have two regular concealers, a green to cover up red or blotchiness, and a highlighter blue (for cheek bones etc.)
It's about 30 dollars but if you prep your skin with it and then use a light foundation you will find much better results! =)

Try to minimize it .Cucumber slices or Cotton dipped in rose water helps to clear this dark circle. Make sure you protect your eyes from strong sun glare by using a good pair of sun glasses. Cold tea bags ,juice of potato also helps .More details and remedies at the link below.

Try to get proper sleep, take small slices of tender coconut pulp and place them below the eye while lying down flat on your back, or apply coconut water to the lower eyelid. If none of these works, use a mask make up of natural skin colour.
